I don't know about you, but I am missing coffee (or G&T) dates with girlfriends, where you just chat and laugh endlessly. Don't let covid cramp your style! Froth up a Matcha Latte or whip up a mean G&T and hit up your besties for a group FaceTime. Also, a quick PSA that nobody appreciates a phone call more than a grandparent.
I just got a new journal that I plan to use for everything Kelly. Groceries, things that inspire me, to-do lists...I’ve also decided to leave corona negativity in 2020 and write down three things I am grateful for every day. Sounds a little cheesy, but I think it will help clear my brain and focus on the good stuff.

Ever feel a little anxious on Sundays? Taking a little time to get organized might be just the thing you need. So light a scented candle, put on some Bossanova, and do whatever you need to do to make getting through the week that much easier. I’m going to do some laundry, set my intentions for the week in my journal, and roast some salmon and veggies so that I can have delicious lunches all week long. Check here for some meal prep inspo!
