Give your skin a boost before taking a shower or bath with a bodybrush. Apparently, it removes dead skin cells, increases circulation and helps lymphatic drainage. One thing for sure: you'll get smoother, softer skin. Good enough for us (and our pale-ass legs).


Why not pop on a face mask while meditating? Two birds one stone.

We love this DIY brightening face mask: 1/2 cup mashed papaya, 1 teaspoon honey and 1 whipped egg white all mixed together. Apply, let it sit for 15 min, rinse and enjoy the glow.

Everyone knows there are a few different kinds of shower sessions. There’s the body shower, the washing your hair shower, and then there’s the Sunday shower! This time of year, I like to make sure my skin is getting enough hydration. That means all the oils, scrubs, and moisturizers.
